Honestly, they are a great flight. They are too proud of it. If we
purchase the ticket, via E-ticket and if you request for a hardcopy
ticket and willing to pay they would nt do it. Their customer service
is not at all friendly. Can you imagine this? They dont even have a
Customer Service link on their site to take complaints.
