sir,
i had read about u and ur site from dubai when i was there, little
realizing that i wud b mailing u soon. i travelled from dubai to
cochin on 23rd morning (July 2006) on EK530. i had three bags, 2 of
which had small locks on the main zippers n the third was a tent. i
didnt have any cabin baggage except the duty free stuff. on arrival at
kochi i was happy to c all 3 bags. but when i arrived home, i found
that my main black bag had a puch outside where i kept my toilet bag
(this pouch only had a zipper n being my toiletries only, i saw no
reason 2 lock it) was empty. sadly it contained a brand new bottle of
christian dior's farenheit perfume, a bottle of amway's dynamite
aftershave lotion, gillette's mach3 turbo razor and ofcourse my
toothbrush, paste, comb, medicines etc. this was flicked by somebody
after it was loaded on at dubai. where can i officially complain?
their site is not really helpful. can u help me out please, sir?
the flight, scheduled to fly at 3.25 am tokk off at 4.10 or so and
reached at 9.30am instead of 8.55am as promised.
