Subject: Tempering luggage
thanks for putting up this blog for poor Emirates passengers. I traveled with my husband and daughter from JNB to ISB via DXB on 20th of December 2009. It was one of those long awaited vacation we had plan. To our horror , when we reached Islamabad, 2 of our bags were torn and few of our things were missing. The third bag never reached Islamabad, its still missing!! Emirates staff is just making us more frustrated by giving lousy reasons. Its so sad that you save money for the whole year so that you could buy tickets and visit your friends and family and this is what happens to you. Nobody is taking the responsibility!! I dont understand , how can they be so casual in handling the luggage. I really want to launch an official complaints against the ground staff. I guess there is a bunch of thieves who are handling our luggage.
